aomi FUN UNION recognizes your unique mobile number as your identification. After registration all you need to do is quote your registered mobile number at the cash desk. Your total purchase value since registration will be updated accordingly against your registered mobile number. All updates, coupons and offers are via sms on your registered mobile number. To redeem any offer you just need to show the sms at the cash desk along with its secure unique code. |

How do I club the purchase amount of my family members in my account (registered mobile number)? |

aomi FUN UNION records all rewards are earned and issued against the mobile number used for registration to the program. It does not matter whether it was you or any of your family members who have shopped at our store, as long as they quote the registered mobile number during purchase and billing.
You can request members of your family to quote the registered mobile number to accumulate collective shopping benefits!.
However, each of your family members also has the option of registering individually for the program. Each member would then earn rewards against their individual numbers. |

What if I accidentally delete the reward voucher sms? |

In case you are at the store and have not carried your print out, you can request the cashier to re-issue the voucher and you will receive an sms instantly for immediate redemption. |

What if I change my mobile number? |

In such scenario kindly inform our staff at the cash desk about the same. You will need to also present your photo id (no copy required by us). The cash desk will accept your request for change of number and you will receive a verification call, after which the change will be effected in our system. |

What is the validity of accumulation of purchase value? |

One year from the date of registration to the program. At the end of 1 year from your registration your purchase value begins at zero and all subsequent purchases wil go towards your 2nd year membership of the program. |
