    Ingredients
 
     
 
2 tablespoons yellow moong dal
 
       
   
Directions
 
     
 
1.
Pressure cook the dal in 1/2cup of water for 2 whistles.
 
 
2.
Add an additional ½ cup of water to the cooked dal and liquidise it in the mixer.
 
 
3.
Strain the cooked dal and serve it lukewarm.

Suggestion
If you feel the cooked dal is too thick for the baby it can be diluted with boiled water.
