    Ingredients
 
     
 
1 tablespoon moong dal
 
 
1 tablespoon spinach leaves, chopped
 
 
¼ cup tomato, chopped
 
 
½ cup cabbage, chopped
 
       
   
Directions
 
     
 
1.
Wash the dal and put all the ingredients in the pressure cooker.  
 
2.
Add 1 cup of water to the ingredients.  
 
3.
Pressure cook them tell 2 or 3 whistles.  
 
4.
When it has cooled down. Blend it in the mixer.
 
 
5.
Serve Lukewarm.
