To be eligible for membership, applicant shall be above eighteen (18) years of age |

b. |
Applicant will not be considered for enrolment if any of the details provided for enrolment are incomplete, unreadable/ illegible, incorrect or non-factual. |

c. |
Enrolment to the aomi FUN-UNION program is only by invitation based on the criteria to be solely decided by appleofmyi (Inventis Retail India Pvt Ltd). |
|
|
|
d. |
The member agrees that by using the appleofmyi membership or by quoting the membership mobile number to appleofmyi and/or any program partner, member confirms that the member has read and understood the detailed terms & conditions of the aomi FUN-UNION program and is bound by them. |
|
|
|
e. |
The membership number (mobile number) should be presented to the cashier before billing to earn appleofmyi rewards. We will not be able to accept any request for retro-credit of rewards. |
|
|
|
f. |
The aomi FUN-UNION program cannot be combined with any other offer or discounts unless otherwise specified. |
|
|
|
g. |
Membership to the aomi FUN-UNION program is not transferable. |
|
|
|
h. |
The benefits under this program cannot be redeemed for cash. |
|
|
i. |
Membership is valid for purchases at appleofmyi stores in India. |
|
|
j. |
appleofmyi reserves the right to refuse or revoke the membership of any aomi FUN-UNION program member without assigning any reason and at its sole discretion. |

|
|
k. |
Corporations, Associations or groups cannot enroll into the appleofmyi fun union program |
|
|
l. |
All disputes in connection with the aomi FUN-UNION program are subject to the law of the land and will come under the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore |
|
|
|
m. |
appleofmyi reserves the right to add, modify, delete or otherwise change the rules, conditions, privileges, benefits, and rewards of the aomi FUN-UNION program at its sole discretion. |
|
|
|
n. |
aomi FUN-UNION program rewards once issued cannot be changed and the member will not be entitled to any refund or credit for rewards issued or redeemed. |
|
|
|
o. |
The program and any benefit or reward relating to the aomi FUN-UNION program shall not be construed as, or constitute a contract, or otherwise establish a contractual relationship between appleofmyi and the aomi FUN-UNION program member.

|
|
|
p. |
Each member is responsible for remaining knowledgeable about the aomi FUN-UNION program rules and the reward information for his/ her account.
|

|
|
q. |
If the aomi FUN-UNION program member does not wish to receive any program communication or promotional message he/ she can unsubscribe by sending an email to aomifununion@appleofmyi.in or typing 'aomifununion-unsub' in an sms and sending it to 09874400500.

|
|
r. |
aomi FUN-UNION program vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue of the sms voucher.
|
|
|
|
s. |
appleofmyi will not be responsible for any loss of rewards or misuse of program. |
|
|
|
t. |
appleofmyi will not be responsible for the goods or services provided by third parties or its affiliates. |
|
|
u. |
Members are requested to understand that the program is driven by technology and appleofmyi will not be responsible for any outcome due to limitations/ failure of the technology that supports the program.

|
|
v. |
Member authorizes appleofmyi to disclose member information to the Government authorities or to competent authorities or to credit bureaus or to other third persons, to comply with its obligations under law. Member also authorises appleofmyi to use and share member information for offering products and services to the members, including from its associates/Partners, unless specified otherwise. |

From time to time appleofmyi will send Members communication through the modes as appleofmyi deems fit including emails and SMS. Notices and mailed communications sent by appleofmyi to the Member shall be deemed to have been received by the Member and appleofmyi shall not be responsible for late, lost or misdirected communication. |

|

|
x. |
In the event of conflict between the terms and conditions and any changes that are made in order to comply with local laws and regulations, the terms and conditions so changed will prevail. If the provisions of any benefit or facility is prohibited by any applicable law, such benefit or facility will be deemed to be withdrawn |

|

|
y. |
By filling the form at the cash counter you agree to be part of the aomi FUN-UNION program and receive updates. |
