Cook the pasta as per instructions on the packet |

Drain and rinse in a colander with cold water and then drain again |

Cut Cherry Tomatoes in half and put into a salad bowl. Add cold pasta. |

Place the large tomatoes in boiling water for five minutes and drain |

Remove the skin of the tomato by peeling off. Cut the tomatoes into wedges and add to the pasta bowl. |

Wash the cucumber, peppers and spring onions well and dry well with kitchen paper. |

Cut into thin slices and add to the pasta bowl. |

Put oil and vinegar into a glass bottle that has a screw lid. |

Crush garlic and add to the bottle. |

10. |
Chop the basil leaves and add to the bottle. |

Now close the lid of the bottle and shake well. |

12. |
Pour the dressing on to the salad |

Allow to stand for at least 15 minutes preferably in the refrigerator. |

Add salt and pepper to taste just before serving. |
